F Phil Pratico Jewelers

Phil Pratico jewelers specializes in excuses. They sold us a ring for almost $400. After having them size the ring, the band consistently was returned to us with a distinct line visible the width of the band. Not only were they extremely nasty but flat out refused to fix their defective work. They then claimed that there was no record of a "Beth" and that I wasn't on video surveillance to refute my review despite me having never even stated the time frame when this ring was purchased nor the purchasors name. Glad I kept the box with their insignia as well as the receipt, not that they would refund our money but simply to demonstrate how bogus their response is.

Most of my jewelry has come from Phil Pratico Jewlers. Pearl earrings, pearl necklace, silver chain with diamond cross, some bangle bracelets, diamond earrings, a watch, and even my engagement ring; all of this is for me. I also purchased a gold chain and cross for my fiancé. They are friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend them.

Worst experience as a customer ever!! Do not go here! Went in with my wife to purchase what I thought was a men's 14k white gold wedding band (turned out to be cheap silver). After only 3 weeks of wearing the ring it was very dirty and hazy which is not normal for white gold. I had my father bring the ring in for a cleaning after contacting them to making sure that was ok, & that they offered that service. When he gave the ring to the sales women to be cleaned (same women who sold me the ring) she took several minutes of looking at it and talking about it being gold until she noticed there was a problem. She then ran to the back and got the owner Phil. He came out of the back and said that it was not the ring he sold us, and that we swapped it to with a silver ring to try and pull one over on him. I then went down to the store and tried to explain to him that it was the ring they sold us, but he continued to accuse me and my father of swapping it out on him. I asked to see what his copy of the recipt said but he told me I could get a subpoena. We didn't even take the ring back to get a refund it was only to get the ring cleaned and see why the "white gold" was tarnished and he instantly jumped to the conclusion that we swapped the ring.Not once while we were there did he take a second to look into the possibility that they might have made a mistake. Instead he just accused us of trying to "pull one over on him" got get a ring cleaned. I have since contacted the BBB and spoken with the police about the preposterous way me and my father were treated as customers. I will never do business with Phil Pratico again and let this serve as warning to anyone considering buying anything from his store.

I lost one of the pairs of my favorite earrings I had and wanted to wear for one of my events. They were able to find another one the same day and get to me right away. Thank you!!!

Purchased an engagement ring here 3 years ago, she hasn't stopped staring at it since.
