Bentley Diamond

Bentley Diamond is simply the best. They recently updated the store and it looks beyond elegant. The staff is extremely knowledgeable, they are friendly as could be and they go above and beyond to meet your needs as a customer. There pricing is very reasonable and are more than willing to help give you ideas and fulfill your wishes! I highly recommend going to check them out!

Bentley Diamond & Fine Jewelry is the nicest jewelry store. They have things you will not see elsewhere and meet every price range. I have a hard time going in and not wanting everything in the store!!! The staff is super friendly and makes me feel like family! I love you all at Bentley!!

I am the third generation in my family to go to Bentley Diamond. I have always had an excellent experience and have recommended countless friends and family members, whom have all been equally pleased and keep returning and referring others. Today, I went to get my ring cleaned and see what's new. Well, the place was remodeled and the only employees I knew were the two jewelers- who are awesome. The sales staff chose not to greet me, literally not a "hello" and left me standing at the counter for ten minutes. I was completely ignored a few feet from Nancy, who chose to look through me. When I asked Nancy if she could help she replied "no, I'm helping another customer". Tony came from the back and cleaned my diamond. But I am devastated. The Bentley I knew and loved appears to be gone. I had never been treated so poorly by another person in recent memory and I am still shocked.

I was lucky enough to work with Joanna from Bentley Diamond and completely enjoyed the experience from start to finish. Her and I worked together on a special piece for my wife's 40th birthday and it came out fantastic. Other patrons in the store were impressed with what we put together and that was a great feeling. I am very lucky to know the fine people at Bentley Diamond and look forward to being a lifelong customer.

If you are shopping anywhere else for your jewelry than you are making a huge mistake!! Beyond helpful and knowledgeable on top of that they treat you as family!! Go see Nancy she is hands down the best in the business.
