I made an apt a week ago to see the jeweler for a loose stone in the setting of my engagement ring. I came into the store, introduced myself and said why I was there, Mark literally grabbed the ring and the loose stone from me mid walk, did not even bother saying hello or please follow me... really weird as this was not the first time we were in the store, felt like I was really putting them out... I followed Mark to the back of the store where he spoke to the jeweler and very reluctantly told me the issue and then proceeded to tell me the price which was x2 as much as another quote I got. To be honest I would have paid twice more simply for the convenience and of simply being there if it wasn’t for the lack of service and attitude. 

I also wanted to shop for a statement jewelry piece which I’ll be doing elsewhere now for all my needs. Very disappointed to be treated so poorly in a high end store.

I purchased an engagement ring there , and will definitely use them in the future. The salesman who helped me was Matt.   He helped me to find the perfect diamond and setting.  All of the staff there are   excellent.  My fiance loves the ring.  I spent a long time shopping at different locations , to find the right one.  The selection and service here is great. Thanks again.

I went to Gary Michael's shopping for an engagement ring and was greeted by Matt. We spent time looking at different mountings and diamonds and Matt made sure I understood all the ins and outs of diamonds before I selected the perfect diamond for my girlfriend.  After I made the purchase, Gary came and introduced himself to me and made me feel appreciated! Thanks Gary, Matt and Gary Michaels fine jewelry!

Had a great experience working with Marc Berman at Gary Michaels! Was looking for a new setting for my wife's engagement stone (its been 33 years!) and Marc was so very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us. My wife is SO happy with her new setting she can't wait to get to work to show it off! We decided to purchase a new wedding band as well, which Marc was great at helping us select. I highly recommend Gary Michaels, and ask for Marc!

From the moment I entered Gary Michaels, I knew this was MY jewelry store. The service was second to none. Mark was super knowledgeable and helpful. And, even the owner, Mike Littman made it a point to introduce himself and say hello. I bought a watch, but plan to buy a diamond for my wife too. As far as shopping experiences - it’s a MUST.
