I love Venus Jewelers! I have been going to Venus for over 15 years. Their jewelry is top quality and their customer service is excellent. I recently had several pieces made from rings and loose stones. The staff at Venus were great at helping me design pieces and the finished products were stunning. Excellent business! I highly recommend Venus.

Love Venus Jewelers. My family has been coming to Venus for over 20 years. Professional and friendly staff. I have been recipient of many beautiful gifts of jewelry from Venus. I have bought gifts for many over the years. Jewelry is high quality. Customer service is excellent.

I found Venus Jewelers searching google. It was one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. I had the pleasure of working with. Yvonne Eng at the Easton Ave.location. She and the staff were personable, professional and knowledgeable and tremendously helpful. I had a fairly large amount of gold to sell as well as some jewelry pieces to assess. I truly feel Yvonne was fair in price and also sincere. Some pieces I was quick to breakdown and she stopped me from making a hasty decision. I’m so thankful because that was the right decision. Her first priority was my satisfaction not their monetary gain. They even had the jeweler clean my diamond and gem pieces. I would highly recommend their services and intend to return to purchase a new ring for myself!!! They have beautiful craftsmanship and a wide range of items to pick from. Thank you Yvonne and all the Venus J. Staff. Sincerely I wanted to share with fellow shoppers once more that I chose to return to Venus Jewelers to have a ring made up with some diamonds that I had from my mom’s pieces. She passed away a year ago. So this was emotional for me. Again, everyone was very helpful and professional. Igor worked with me being very patient. I wanted something old fashion and I just couldn’t decide and he pointed me to a perfect setting. He was so on the mark! I’m so happy with the outcome and his expertise made the difference. When I picked up the finished piece, Shannon helped me and she took the time to explain how the Diamonds are set for the optimum look. She also discussed with me possibilities of using a few more stones to eventually create a piece for my granddaughter. Super helpful and exciting! This is a lengthy description for another great experience at Venus. My advice is it’s the place to go for fine jewelry and great service. I thank them all so much! Robin S.

Shopping at Venus Jewlers is always a wonderful and pleasant experience. Whether it’s getting jewelry fixed or purchasing new pieces, the staff is always tremendously knowledgeable, and professional. In particular, Jason was extremely accommodating and took the time to answer all of my questions. He made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. Would highly recommend to all!!
