Surprised at the review from yesterday,have been buying watches and jewelry from Fords jewelers for years.They are courteous and very helpful sales persons. My friends and family shop here too. They have always been, very nice to deal with.

Excellent customer service, beautiful jewelry, watches and gift ware for any occasion, with a large selection of brands.

The salesmen are rude and lack etiquette. Management should spend time with the jerks behind the counters and make them realize that people come to their store to spend thousands of dollars. One of the guys told me, “so what the hell do you want me to do with it” when I asked a question. They do not deserve your business, go elsewhere.
