Sidney Thomas Jewelry Store in Short Hills NJ

I’ve been a 15+ years customer thought I would leave a review after my last transaction. I placed a order for a back ordered watch and Joe and Ron where helping me. Well Joe knows his products if you ask him something and by chance he has to get a answer, it’s done ASAP. After working with Ron for over 26 years at a previous store I was glad he made the move too a winning team. I must say Gary Davis who is the manager of this fine establishment is doing a outrageous job and it shows with all members of his staff. Everyone always gives a 100% to make sure you are satisfied. I would NEVER think of shopping anywhere else. GARY KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!

I was greeted by Mr Davis upon arriving at the store. He led me to their boutique but before I get started, I just want to say how clean the store is and how well knowable there staff is. I asked Joseph a few questions and he helped me to the fullest. I was then introduced to Gary Davis I didn’t know he was the manager upon greeting me. A very down to earth easy to talk too individual. I bought a watch and now looking for something for mother’s day. I know Mr Davis will get the piece that I’m looking for. Keep up the good work!!!

After going to many stores searching for my first watch I finally came across Sidney Thomas Jewelers. I was kindly greeted into the store and Joseph helped me out right away. The kind employees offered me a drink and made me feel comfortable unlike all the other jewelers I went to before that made me feel like I wasn’t even there. Joseph kindly explained to me many details about the different watch brands out there and was very patient with me picking my new watch. I had the ability to try on different watches and was able to choose my favorite one. I highly recommend Sidney Thomas Jewelers to anyone in need of jewelry and Joseph is the man!

I have had the honor of making multiple purchases at this Sidney Thomas. I could take my business and money elsewhere but I don't for one reason, Joey. He has provided me with amazing customer service and he has guided me in making great purchases. Any issues or questions that I have had immediately get taken care of. Joey has made purchases with Sidney Thomas friendly and easy. Joey even updates me when an item in the store might be to my liking. This level of service is unparalleled and that is why I not only recommend this Sidney Thomas and dealing with Joey but I encourage it. I myself will be coming back in the next few months to make another purchases.

If your going to get a Rolex then this is the best place to go. Joe C offers the best service and truly makes you feel at home. Ive purchased a few watches from him and every experience has always been amazing. Joe truly makes you feel welcomed and makes sure you are happy with your purchase. Trust me and go to Joe, you won’t regret it.
