We can’t say enough about our Walter Bauman experiences. I purchased my fiances engagement ring in April of 2017. When it came time to purchase our wedding bands we knew we were definitely heading back to Walter for those. Eric was beyond helpful to find exactly what we wanted (as one of the wedding bands was not something of the usual) and at the price we knew we needed to be. We left both times extremely happy and will be back for future purchases.

Eric helped us at the Clifton location, before it closed. He did a fantastic job helping us to customize our selection, was patient and knowledgeable, and even stayed late so we could complete the process! We were very happy with the result. Thank you!

Went to Walter Bauman in West Orange to have some small diamonds replaced in my engagement ring setting. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and did a beautiful job in replacing the stones and cleaning the ring. I felt that I was in excellent hands. Highly recommended!

After a horrendous experience trying to purchase a diamond from a reputed New York dealer on 47th Street I found myself on Ritani, an online jeweler with a nice assortment of diamonds. I found one I liked but felt gun shy buying a 4k stone without seeing it. In comes Walter Bauman Jewelers. Located a few towns away, I wound up deciding to showroom and have a look at stones before I bought online. From the moment I walked in, I was taken aback by the attentiveness of the employees. While I expected to be ignored or assaulted, I was graciously led to Eric, the lead diamond consultant. What an experience! I learned everything I needed and felt ready to go home and purchase online, but the longer I stayed with him, the more he made me realize that they had everything I needed right in the store. Price, upgrade policy, lack of games, no over selling, etc, etc. I bought a .75ct. Oval and picked a mounting from their estate that was over a 100 years old, so cool... (unfortunately I had to return the mounting to get a Halo, that's what I get for not listening to her friends, lol) Highly recommended, Eric is the man and Walter Bauman, who personally came out and thanked me also, so cool! Thank you Walter Bauman Jewelers!
