I have been coming here for almost 15 years and have spent quite a lot of money in that time spam. My biggest purchase was my wife's engagement ring and it was perfect. No issue during the whole process and even years later, stills sparkles as bright as when I first purchased it. My wife does take care of her ring and does clean it regularly, but the point is, that we never had any issues with the rings or the service there.
We normally work with Jason and he is amazing person and extremely knowledgeable. He also was the person that sold us the rings. I recommend people all the time to come here and take a look since pricing is much better than big chains, especially for the quality you are receiving. The whole staff, not just Jason, is very friendly and helpful anytime I have been there.
My most recent purchase was a Movado watch and I love it. I do recommend this place versus any other.

$26.00 to replace a watch battery in a watch is outrageous and that's what they charged my wife without blinking. Even had to leave the watch overnight. Why when every other place is less than $15 same day? I believe she was really taken advantage of.
Get's worse, the watch stem is now stuck. Should I trust them to diagnose what went wrong. How can I trust a business like this at this point? I frankly cannot and now need to take my watch elsewhere to repair. Buyer beware F you are bringing your watch here for any repair.

Customer service a disaster. The old man a racist person. Do not forget when we die we go to a hole no matter if you have a white skin or black or you have blue, gree or black eyes. If you are rich or poor. God bless your store. You need God in your heart.

I've been a customer for a very long time and have sent many people there. I can't walk in there and not buy something. They are so nice and accommodating. It's like going to see family!

Does no one believe in customer service anymore? First they lured us in with excellent service when it came to choosing an engagement ring and worked with my husband to find a beautiful diamond within budget. But when it came time to find our wedding rings, the place turned into a whole different store.
We came in to order our wedding bands. I was asked to show my engagement ring and they picked out the matching band. I was so elated that I never noticed the RED FLAGS! he never even looked up the brand or the SKU number of the engagement ring. However he did match up a band with the ring. I looked and said very nice. I made sure that it looked good together. Then it was time to find my husband a band, and neither he or I noticed that he sized his right hand instead of his left (which could be the only other explanation for what happens later). He then offered us the floor model for $100 less than ordering a new one. Again, being as excited as we were, we thought that they were doing us a favor.
When it was time to return to pick up the wedding bands, my husband tries on his ring and it was too loose. He said it might be because of the weather (it was cold and people's hands don't swell up in the cold) And that it would cost another $200 to order a custom size one since they couldn't resize his type of band (what happened to the $100?) We settle for the beads instead.
Then they bring my wedding band out. RED FLAG they bring out a completely different band from what I had ordered insisting that I ordered it. I had to tell them that DUH that the ring wouldn't even fit my pinky finger!!! Then they found "my" ring. We pay our $2000 dollars and leave.
We get home and we place our rings in a safe place. Three days go by and I have this gut feeling of feeling duped. I ask my husband if he will let me see the wedding band again, wear it and inspect it a little more. He said it was bad luck and that we were fine, they wouldn't have done that to us. So I said okay. The next day, while he was at work, I pulled out the ring. I looked at it closer, and the prongs were bigger, the diamonds didn't line up and the band was thinner. I looked inside and the brand stamp revealed that it was completely different band.
When my husband came home, we called to inquire if this was truly the ring I ordered. They said yes. They had no comment as to why it was a different brand. We said we didn't want it and we wanted the RIGHT band to which their reply was "What am I going to do with a size 10.5 ring???"
Clearly they were not going to help us, I complained to the actual company that produced my engagement ring, and they could not do anything about it. So I settled for the fact that we got owned. It's a symbol of our marriage after all right? I could wear a wooden ring, it would not matter. But at the same time, if Im to shell out a grand for a piece of jewelry that IS supposed to mean something more than just a ring, I expect it to be perfect.
This was back in November and I'm only writing this review now. Do not go here. I am a supporter of family owned businesses but if I had to do it all over again, I would go to bigger companies or buy directly from the designer because at least if there was a problem, there is a CHANCE of speaking to higher ups and getting your problem resolved. They will ask you "is there a way I can help you" NOT with "What am I going to do with a 10.5 size ring?"
