Diamond Hut Jewelers

Went to Diamond Hut Jewelers, this morning to have the battery in my watch replaced. Service was great and I would not hesitate to return. I would also recommend Diamond Hut Jewelers, to anyone else who needs to have their watch fixed.

I love this store Diamond Hut at Newport Centre Mall , my fiance is so in love with pink I planned on buying her a pink engagement ring. I shopped around and everywhere was very expensive, I stopped here and sure enough they had exactly what I was looking for plus a matching wedding band which was perfect. The price was right and Shaun, Nori and the staff was excellent with helping me with creating the perfect ring. Then a month later picking it up I had found a matching pink bracelet and I put it on layaway. I moved and forgot about it, 3 years later I have found the receipt and called thinking they probably put it back or sold it and I lost my deposit. To my surprise they still had the bracelet on layaway for me and actually remember who I was once I said my name. I went and picked it up and Nori recognized me as soon I walked in, the staff was so pleasant and helpful. They never made me feel uncomfortable for not paying on the layaway plan or for taking to long to pay for it. They made me feel like i was around family and friends. I will always come back here to purchase jewelry!

My fiancé and his family is a loyal customer to Diamond Hut at Newport and Hudson Mall for many years and we absolutely wouldn’t go anywhere else. Shaun and Roger always go out of their way to take care of us and we can’t recommend them enough. My current engagement ring was completely customized to its perfection and I absolutely love it.

We’ve been going to this diamond hut and the one in Hudson mall ever since I was a kid. The staff always helps you find the piece you need for any occasion. Highly recommend to drop by either locations for some great jewelry and watches.

Thought I was going to have a difficult time with Shaun from Diamond Hut; however, he accommodated time to ensure my happiness. Great guy and a pleasure to work with. Definitely the guy to see for quality jewelry.
