The service was phenomenal. I recommend W. Kodak Jewelers to anyone who is interested in repairs, watches, accessories, etc. The store had very accommodating and friendly staff.

The things you ask for in a battery replacement... quick, cheap, and friendly service. I walked into the store as it started to rain and was out of there before it finished. If you've lived in SoCal long enough, you understand how quick this service was... less than 5 minutes. One thing to remember is to bring cash.

I had a simple battery repair for my watch, so I thought "why not stop into the place that is advertised all over the Path train". I think this may be the first time, I might actually thank an advertisement. Never thought a simple battery repair would be such a relaxing and gratifying experience. I felt at home from the minute I walked in the door, and introduced myself and what I needed done. Adelina was wonderful to talk to, work with, and one that I look forward to work with if I'm lucky enough to one day ask my girlfriend a very important question.

Good service, friendly staff, and they do watch repairs and servicing as well as sell watches. I have only had good experiences with them.
