Kiky can feel a little rough around the edges if you're dealing with him for the first time. But, once you build a rapport with him you realize it's because he really cares about the work he produces. My husband custom built my engagement ring with Kiky's help and it turned out beautifully. Since then we've gone to him for a number of things and it's always been a pleasant experience. I purchased a watch as a wedding gift for my husband but ultimately decided I wanted something else and he made the exchange a simple process. If you're lucky you might even be greeted by his son's dog.

I was referred by a trusted friend and as expected, Mr. Kim did an amazing job on the engagement ring. I was somewhat of in a hurry and needed the ring on a specific date. Despite short amount of time given to process the ring, Mr. Kim assured me that he will have the ring ready in time and he kept his promise. Quality (in work and product) and honesty are the major factors of what I mainly consider when it comes to expensive purchases, and Mr. Kim had it all for me.

Kiky was wonderful to deal with. Great pricing - I bought my wife's engagement ring and then afterwards both of our wedding bands and we couldn't be any happier. He truly made it an easy experience and my wife has been getting amazing compliments on her rings since she has put them on!
