I can not express the amazing service my husband and I received from the Flemington location! Yvonne and Priscilla helped me pick out a new setting the summer of 2016. This year I got very ill and things I thought would happen have been put on hold. I went in last week with a few ideas to help fix my ring instead of resetting it. They saw my vision and they cried with me as I explained why we could not do the other setting. They made me feel so comfortable, and now because of them I will be able to leave my ring to my daughter and she will always have a piece of me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will never forget you!

Overall, the best experience I've ever had with any jeweler, and pretty much anything watch related. I was given a fairly expensive Swiss Army Victorinox watch, and went here to get an estimate on how much it would cost to both replace a rivet that was missing in the bracelet (not a pin, mind you, there is a difference), and get a new battery put in. I went in once just before they close to get an estimate, then again a few days later. The second time I went, a nice guy by the name of Larry Berlen decided to take the watch from me and not only fix the bracelet, but clean it and put a new battery in, free of charge. I highly recommend this place, especially Larry, to anyone that needs a new watch or a current watch fixed.

The experience was nothing but exceptional. Elana designed my custom-made wedding/engagement ring. It is exquisite! Yvonne kept me informed. The details from my first meeting with Elana to the final setting and meeting with Lucy were beyond my expectations. I will be back and will be referring in the future.
