Hamilton Jewelers

It is always a pleasure to walk into Hamilton Jewelers and be greeted by smiling staff, eager to help. Last week I brought in some things for minor repairs as well as to get some ideas for a necklace for my granddaughter. I was pleased to be helped by Lauren, who about 11 years ago worked on designing rings for my sister and me using our mother's diamonds. I was delighted to share with Lauren that these rings are now engagement rings passed on to our two respective sons, who will be married in the near future. Lauren responded with great enthusiasm and enjoyed reading the New York Times article, "With Grandmother's Ring, I Thee Wed." I am now looking forward to picking up the necklace that Lauren thought would work best for my granddaughter's locket, which belonged to her great, great, great grandmother.

About 2 weeks ago, my husband stopped by Hamilton Jewelers to get a gift idea for both mother's day and our wedding anniversary. Yvonne helped him pick out a beautiful ring with a Morgan gemstone, it was such a great surprise to me ! I love the elegant look and the quality of the ring ! It was amazing how Yvonne picked out something that matched my style without meeting me! We had to return to the store to fix the size later. It was a fun experience dealing with Yvonne and she was always ready to go the extra mile to make sure that customers are 100% happy. The overall experience with Hamilton Jewelers is impeccable, I would highly recommend it!

Hamilton has proved to be the best and most professional jeweler I have ever worked with. They are reasonable in their prices and always go the extra mile to consider my concerns. No matter how small the task, they clearly put in 100%. I feel like a special customer every time. We are lucky to have them in Princeton.

I have been shopping at Hamilton for four years. It was always a pleasant experience. Recently I met Yvonne who just joined Hamilton not long time ago and she has been helping me since. I am very happy about her professional advice and detailed service. Most importantly, she is so knowledgeable about this business. I look forward to working with her more in the future.

Insurance Appraisal Dates: 2/26/18 - 3/6/18 Senior Appraiser: Daniel W. Campbell Comments: 1. Dan was very professional and explained the process in our initial visit. He answered all our questions and gave us a quote for the appraisal. 2. The appraisal was performed efficiently and documentation was provided for our insurance company. 3. Issue-1: Dan initially indicated that each item would be put on a separate page, so that we could easily separate out items that we would not want listed with our insurance company. However, when we received our final documentation, certain items were grouped on the same page, causing several of the items to spread over two pages. This made providing documentation to our insurance company more difficult. Also, the insurance company does not want the original appraisal to be modified, so cutting and pasting information onto the same page could not be performed. Having one item per page would have been much better for us. 4. Issue-2: Since we have to send the appraisal to our insurance company and keep a copy, it would have been advantageous to have two copies provided by the Appraiser.
