Twin City Jewelers has an amazing staff that will work day and night to meet your needs. They have assisted my best friend in creating the perfect ring for his wife. The owner personally took on the job and was very easy to coordinate with, being that he is in New Jersey, and my friend ordered it to South Carolina. The shop has a great variety and everything is competitively priced. I will recommend this store to my friends and family.

My fiancé and I had a very pleasant experience at Twin City. After shopping around several jewelry stores, they had the most competitive prices with the best quality diamonds. The owner Tom gave us 1 on 1 personal attention and worked with us until we found EXACTLY what we wanted and still in our price range. Thank you Tom, couldn't be happier with my custom ring !

Horrible experience experience , I was there with my girlfriend because she has to repair there something and in The same time we was looking at some second heand ( USED!) rings so my girlfriend liked one right a lot the price in in that moment they tell us was 1200$ write on the paper but I didn't buy the Ring that time because I wanted to make her one surprise for her birthday that was coming the next week so I go back two days after alone to buy the Ring and and they recognized me and was sure that I'll buy the Ring so they come up with the price of 2200 $ so of course I didn't buy the Ring, I lost one day going there 3 times in that day in the end I tell my girl what happened she said that this is not acceptable because she was with me the first time when they show us the price of 1200 so she go there with me we called the owner but he's answer with great indifference was that I should buy the Ring the first time and the best what he can do for me is 1800$ for that Ring and they messed up my surprise, I didn't buy the Ring, I didn't have more time left to buy another one so no marriage proposal for my girlfriend on her birthday because no Ring , I was so mad but even nobody apologized, I was treated with zero respect and indifference I don't wish to nobody this horrible experience . I mentione one more time that the first day The prince they give me was of 1200 write on the paper, like used product and the second day they recognized me and was sure that I come to buy that Ring then probably they decided to push me the Ring at The Price of brand new product of 2200. Here I don't talk about negotiation!!!!

My family and I have been going to Twin City for many years and have only had pleasant experiences every time! They have the best prices in town and everybody is so friendly and knowledgeable.
