What a great customer experience I had at Earth Treasures! I walked in in a mental funk because I had lost the center diamond from my uninsured engagement ring. I was greeted by Pamela who was understanding of my situation and was really knowledgeable in what needed to be done. After reviewing many options, I bought a beautiful engagement ring at a great price from their estate jewelry collection and left my setting with them to have the center stone replaced with my birthstone. So I will be wearing two beautiful rings for what I thought it would cost for simply replacing my diamond. She even gave me information on where to get my jewelry insured which I took care of as soon as I got home. No more funk. Now I'm doing the happy dance.

I have been buying from Earth Treasures for years. They are like a family with the best and most knowledgeable people working there. Lucinda is wonderful she knows my taste and makes sure to let me know when something comes in that I would be interested in, Lucinda provides exceptional service she is like my own personal shopper. Robin always lets me know the background and age of the items I'm interested in which is important. The Jewelry Earth Treasures carries is excellent especially the estate items. I always recommend Earth Treasures and it is the first place I go when I'm looking for something special. Lucinda is my go to person again just like family! Dee Wardle

The Best! I have bought (and sold) many pieces at Earth Treasures. There is something for everyone, at every price point, and for all tastes. I have had pieces altered, repaired and created by design. Every one came out perfect. They are honest, up front, very knowledgeable, totally professional and FUN. If something is not right for you they will tell you. No stress, no pressure, and yet the busiest store around. They make every purchase feel like your shopping with your friends. They are all great...I am in a (she understands me) Pam phase, but have been through Ravenna, Brianna and most of the others as well! Earth Treasures is my “Cheers”! Absolutely recommend! They have the winning formula!

My experience is always a positive one when i go to Earth Treasures. Lucinda is one of the best. Not just knowledgeable but always has a smile in her face and willingness to help. She makes the experience so much fun! We've gone here for many years and would always recommend our family and friends. Customer service is hands down the best!

Earth-Treasures has been our family’s go to jeweler for more years than I care to admit!!! The people there are so wonderful! Always a welcoming store to walk into! Lucindia has been the person we all go to see and yes wait for. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to help design, find, and give her thoughts if it will work and look amazing.
