This place is great. I've never been one for coach led workouts but the people at F45 Dumbo have changed my mind. They are super helpful and fun to be around. The workouts are taxing in all the right way.
Very nice good service they have one week for free if you want to try it's Grand opening.
Staff is welcoming, work out is motivating, and the gym is very spacious with very high ceilings! Showers and Bathrooms are clean and nice too!
