New York’s 1000 Calorie Burning Workout
By now it’s undisputed that HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is the best way to burn calories during and after a workout. CompleteBody Xross Training, also known as CBXT has perfected this system and offers classes in it’s one of a kind studio in downtown Manhattan.
WHY CBXT
This is Xross Training at it’s best! Our unique combination of body transforming HIIT functional movements and cardio sprints allow you to burn up to 1000 calories per workout. You’ll also reap the rewards with what’s known as the “afterburn effect”.
We are also the only program that incorporates Yoga stretching and guided relaxation at the end of our classes.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We use heart rate monitors to track your progress during the class. Our instructors guide and motivate you through all the exercises. Video screens at each station also provide an ongoing demo of the movements.
Our classes are 45 minutes in length. Class size range from 10-20 participants.
