Great gym layout and amazing, motivating trainers! I love this location because it's easy to access from the M15 bus or the FMJ trains. They've also been taking great COVID precautions. Definitely recommend you try this place out with a trial so you can experience it for yourself.
Great classes and studio! The instructors are super welcoming and attentive, and the workouts are challenging and fun. All around awesome.
Really motivating workouts! Good playlists, clean space, nice people.
I love F45! The instructors here are great, the workouts are always different which keeps things interesting and everyone keeps you motivated. The place is clean and the locker rooms are really nice too. Would definitely recommend this f45
