FORWARD__Space

Just went to the Forward Fire class this morning with Maresa and it was a blast. A mix of aerobics, dance and light weights to great music in a fun room. Sweating from head to toe by the end and we were all energized and happy. Highly recommend!

Our rugby team decided to pay a visit and we got the team workout we needed. 50 straight minutes of energy with Jessica leading the way. Lots of fun, great start to a Saturday morning! Would do it again

Went for the first time and had a blast! High energy dance class with simple enough to follow choreography and a great playlist. I left feeling energized and am looking forward to going back.

I know this place for 20 years and every time I need service they do it just right. Thank you guys.

This is such a special place. Dance therapy, mind body therapy. Challenging, sweat inducing. I took classes with both owners and their passion for what they do is next level inspiring.

Forward__Space is my new favorite workout! The teachers and staff are extremely friendly and encouraging. I have zero dance background and was intimidated before going in to class, but that quickly changed as soon as Casie started class! Can't wait to go back!
