Fahrenheit's Books

Story

Welcome to Fahrenheit's. We run a small, but well-filled, used bookstore on Broadway, a block North of Alameda. We maintain an ecletic collection of books in most subjects, with an emphasis on Vintage Paperbacks, Science Fiction, Metaphysics, History, Philosophy and Fiction. We carry both hardcovers and paperbacks, and we are constantly seeking out curious and unusual books to add to our stock. So come in and browse. You may just find the book that was looking for you.

Fahrenheit’s Books moved to its current space over the summer 2022. I love the location and the shop. It’s close to a few other locally owned bookstores. The shop offers a variety of books, including first editions and other well-maintained used books. I would recommend a visit. Street parking is available.
If you like rare and old books this place is a must visit. We found two antique Portuguese to English dictionaries and a book from the twenties on water rights. Super niche, but if you love niche this is your place. This’ll be on my always stop list for future trips to Denver - don’t want to miss out on any cool finds!!
I really love their new location on antique row further south on Broadway. They are reopened now at their new location so come browse their bigger store and buy some books!
This is an excellent bookstore, with a "deep cuts" selection of rare, beautiful, odd, and hard-to-find books in every style, format, and genre. Whenever I visit, I find unexpected treasures. It's small in size, but the shelves and stacks are well-organized. The prices are fair, too! Everyone who loves books should step inside this shop and see what they can find - because it's certain that they will find something wonderful.
Snazzy little book store with just about anything you could possibly be looking for. The girl working the desk was polite and helped me locate a copy of “Fight Club” that I couldn’t find on the shelf. Thanks a bunch! :
A lovely little bookstore that’s everything one would expect from a book lover’s bookstore. The delicious aroma of well-loved pages hits you as soon as you walk through the door and the collection sprawls from floor-to-ceiling through the cozy space. The selection of rare, first editions and autographed copies was quite impressive and contained at least a couple books for lovers of most genres. Surprising finds await in their bargain bin as well, I found a perfect reader copy to accompany the author inscribed book that brought me to this hidden gem in the first place. I highly recommend all bibliophiles visit if they’re able.
Excellent used bookstore! I typically find a new literary treasure to take home whenever I visit. This is store is floor to ceiling books! Definitely worth a visit to do some treasure hunting.
I absolutely love this bookstore, and I try my best to buy all of my books here. I'm also a tutor, and if I need to buy a low-cost book for one of my students, I've found this establishment to be one of the lowest cost solutions. The store itself is small and a bit musty, but that's from all of the old books, but it contains an enormous amount of well-known to obscure books in a variety of editions. I think my favorite experience in this store was when I asked where the Chronicles of Narnia were located, the associate took me directly to their location, and they had the exact editions I grew up reading 20 years ago! Having been to many used/new bookstores in Denver, this is the best, in my opinion.
This is my favorite used book store in Denver. It's small, but they have a nice selection that is well organized. The owner is extremely friendly and has helped me track down some hard to find books in the past.
One of my favorite bookstores in town! Not only are the staff friendly and helpful, but the selection of used, rare, and collectible books is off the charts. Their metaphysical section is top notch.
