The people who work there are great. The company not so much. On-demand isn't really on demand. You can't watch shows you missed or watch anytime. You can stream them, but you have to pay for the channel . So, why have cable tv? We only have for local and area events and news . It would be great to have another provider.

After canceling service I was charged $300 for equipment that is in the mail on the way to them and a $200 early termination fee that i was never told about when canceling. The customer service team sucks!

Very nice people and the only reason they get 1 star. Why is this company in business? The internet, DVR and television services they sell are simply low budget out dated and overpriced. TV service offers no stored movies or series on a outdated low budget platform and for cost over 225. That's right over 2500 a year for the worst cable service I've had in my entire life time. After a year I couldn't stand it no more! I bought a Roku and got Direct TV TO GO, with more channels better platform with more that everything I for HALF the price i was just paying fair point for TV Service. For now I'm stuck paying them $50 a month for their pathetic internet, when I get the chance, I'm booting their pathetic services out of my home. Do not waste your time. Go streaming and

Techs that come out are very professional and nice but we have nothing but issues with our internet. As of this writing, it has only been working occasionally for the past 4 days. Currently looking for a better option in the Roy, WA area, this is not it.

Wish I could post with no star. Service is the worst I have experienced. The prices are higher than anyone I have dealt with. If you can use some other service, use them.
