This is a beautiful, peaceful place.
Our room was very beautiful, comfortable and was furnished with bottled water, keurig coffee maker, light up makeup mirror, hairdryer, qtips, cotton balls - a lot of extras that make your stay extra special.
The bathroom was very large with a wonderful Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. The room had a nice comfortable sitting area and a desk to work at.
The grounds are beautiful and well kept. There are many shady spots to sit outside and relax, including The garden maze in the back of the hotel entrance. There is patio seating with tables and rocking chairs for sitting on the front porch, gazebo and large deck area. There is also a large magnolia tree with a hammock and bench to sit and enjoy the cool shade.
The staff were all friendly and helpful.
Our breakfast was delicious!
They offer a snack area with complimentary bottled water, coffee, fresh baked cookies and the best peach cobbler pound cake- I want that recipe! There are also items you can purchase such as sodas and chips and coffee mugs, cook books and other items.
We would most certainly like to return to this beautiful Inn.

The Fairview Inn is a little slice of heaven on earth in Jackson. The staff is friendly, the accommodations are lovely, and the food and bar service are outstanding. We look forward to visiting again any time we can!

Great experience all around. We had large rehearsal dinner there. Everything was perfect. Lovely atmosphere, delicious food, easy communication from planning to billing, and the staff was upbeat, attentive, and helpful. So happy we decided on the Fairview Inn.

Met a friend for drinks at the Library bar. Great atmosphere and specialty drinks are named after landmarks in the area and famous Mississippi. Not many options for food in the bar area.

Great table service and elegant setting. Nice for a local romantic getaway. Room had fireplace and comfortable bed. Water leaked through one of the window frames in bedroom ruined coffee and tea tray. Mentioned it to an employee and was ignored.
