We had our wedding and reception here last month, and everything was beautiful! Trish was wonderful to work with, and everything came together like we had envisioned. My guests are still talking about the gorgeous space, the amazing food, and the photobooth! They all had so much fun! It was worth everything to have all of that and more arranged for us so that we had a relatively stress-free day!

My wife and I just had our back home wedding reception at this venue, and everything was great. The architecture, layout, food and decorations were exceptional. Every guest seemed to be obsessed with the venue, and most of them specifically commented to us about it. Highly recommend. Enjoyed working with Trish and using a venue that took care of food, drinks, decorations and pretty much everything.

My boyfriend and I attended a wedding reception on 12/19/15 at the Icehouse. All I can say is it was amazing. Food was great. The place is absolutely beautiful and huge. I know there were at least 500 people there. I didn't even know this place existed till that night. Hope to attend more events there.

Extreamly over priced to say the least!
My best friend was married here. Shortly after, I was proposed to!
I considered The Ice House as a potential location.
I toured the venue with the manager Trish.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and RUDE!!!
I asked my friend did she have any issue when planing her wedding! After speaking to her, I knew there was no way I would be getting married there.
She agreed that the food of Loose Ends Catering ( Susie Morgan ) was fabulous, but other than that disaster.
To me it seemed like Trish had no knowledge of the wedding business. The Ice House obviously isn't her only job, because every few seconds she was answering a phone call. She was unable to answer any questions that I had!
I feel as if as much as they charge, I should be able to pick and choice what I want for my big day.
The area was also an issue for me!
Deep in Jackson, I'd assume that the area isn't the safest; as she made it a point to mention I needed a security guard...
Which by the way was extremely over priced! My cake didn't even cost as much as the one guard!
I was extremely disappointed, because the food was amazing at the wedding I attended; and I knew I wanted the same caterer. Luckily I found that Susie catered at other venues! I ended up having my wedding at Another venue that Loose Ends caters for and it was absolutely amazing...
No wonder why, when I talked to my wedding planner she said " I'll give you one word RUN!!! "
In a nut shell, there are way nicer venues in the surrounding areas with a lot more experience.. And a whole lot cheaper!

Attended a wedding here in oct. 2015. It was magical. The food was delicious and there was plenty of it. The presentation and the floral arrangements were lovely. This venue is one of the new kids on the block, I'd say but they will soon be the first choice, go to venue for receptions, weddings, and events. The architectural layout is very versatile and upon further investigation I learned they were easy to work with and very accommodating. I am looking to do a fund raising event this summer and plan to use this venue. I would encourage anyone in need of such services to check them out.
