Family Dollar

This store is in my neighborhood within walking distance, been going here for years. However don't expect it to be clean don't expect it to be organized because that's on a good day. Also be sure to price check everything you pick up only because they have not changed out their price placards and it's the wrong price on most items. Plus items go up or they don't have a price to begin with. Otherwise in that they are very friendly people very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products

This is probably the worst Family Dollar I've been to. It's filthy, disorganized, things are not properly marked, discounts and sale prices are not honored and the employees are rude, crude and inappropriate. Foul lanuage and disrepectful topics of conversation are discussed amongst the employees at the check out. Upon entering the store, several employees smoke pot infront of the store while customers wait in line.

Item price marked incorrectly and I asked for management and she was very nonchalant about correcting or apologizing and then basically asked me do you want it or not! So unprofessional and rude!!! If I could give no stars in would!!!

No complaints except you have to have the app and scan the products to get the sale price. Employees are cool prices are good clean store

I would give this store zero stars if I could. Store is dirty, they don't restock very well. The price on the shelf is not what you pay when checking out. I had an employee threaten my life in front of a manager and she did nothing. The employee wised up and went to the back of the store. No one at family dollar from manger on up cared. What a POS store.

The store is extremely disorganized and appears to be very dirty. It doesn't look like things are clean and it certainly doesn't appear to be disinfected in any format. Customers are allowed to walk around without face masks, cussing and swearing their way around. It's not worth my time, money saved, safety, comfort, risk of Covid-19, or anything else to shop here. I'd gladly pay more at a store that enforces safety measures of Covid-19. That doesn't allow customers to swear and cuss in such a disruptive way. Where security does more than sit back and watch people who clearly have no manners or respect take over the store. I had someone visit recently. They really wanted to check out the store. After telling them of my experience there, they didn't go. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Bad customer service no thank you for shopping at family dollar the short lite skin girl have no cashier experience don't tell you how much your change is its just take your money and receipt she was about to get cussed out the first time I seen her I was walking by her and I guess she thinks she got it like that lol but she don't but she looked at me with an attitude hope she reads this I make more than you would in 10 years you little duck so stop it please if you don't like your little cashier job than quit its that simple

On April 16th, 2019, the Clark County Department of Health closed this store due to bugs and roaches. Even if the store reopens no one should shop at it. The place is filthy, shelves and aisles are a mess, and two out of three employees are disrespectful to customers.

I love shopping at family dollar cause of low costs and great customer service.
