Found what I was looking for. Stock in store was low. Overall I reccomend shopping here. Sears diversify please , my grandparents used you!
An update on Sears the Meadows Mall is still open and under reconstruction. Hooray! With clean bathrooms.
They are nothing but the thieves. I made a layaway purchase 3 months prior. Transaction was cancelled due to better sales offer at a competitor retailer. Once cancelled they are delaying far too out of reasonable time to have our refunded money that was paid. Don't do any layaway purchase here. Their sales are truly not the best. To retrieve your money in a similar situation, you may have to do a small claims court lawsuit. Management is terrible. They don't even know how to contact upper management to resolve any issues like this. They also act as idiots and say they can't find any layaway proof, despite me having provided all documents including checks paid proof. They can't even retrieve data showing delivery or no delivery of a product.
I gave them a four star because the products are good quality, employees try to do the best they can with limited resources or lack of experience. I ordered a tool set on line and went to the store to pay and pick up the product. Confusion as to where to pay for the product, could not bring up my order without order number. Anyway hope they are able to reorganize and come out of bankruptcy stronger.
I ordered a luggage online and pickup the next day but when i got home and open it, the luggage defective inside and decided to head to the store the next day for replacement, but when i was there the manager said that i have to pay because I used my rewards points of buying it, but that points is came from their promotion itself. I am just asking for replacement not returning the defective item and i do not understand why they are charging me for replacing the defective item. I am very disappointed with there customer service. The manage itself do not know how to handle situation like replacing defective item and she walk away instead of resolving the issue. They should train their manager to deal with the customer properly. If there is an option of zero point review for them, i will do. I will never shop at sears again.
I had a order to pick up through K-Mart. The order arrived quickly. Sears has a dedicated pick up spot that made it the easiest pick up I've ever experienced. They guarantee you'll have your order within 5 Minutes or you get a 5 dollar credit to your account. I got my order in about 2 minutes. I would definitely recommend Sears & K-Mart to other's.
Went to buy 2 electric blankets they only had 1 brand and only twin size. Seriously!! It's only a matter of time until this store closes. Sad but I see it coming. We bought our beds, refrigerator and washer and dryer here.
They have a sign up out front stating 'we're not going anywhere'. I beg to differ. Stumbled around in a mostly dark store, very creepy and disturbing. Not much in stock. Kmart merged with Sears years ago and applied their 'no investment in stores' policy apparently. Farewell to the entire company- not just this store. I don't feel sorry for them in the least- except the poor employees.
This store is liquidating it’s complete inventory. My family used to do quite a bit of shopping here, both in the store and auto center. However over the past 6 years, the quality of the service and parts, merchandise have declined. I’m looking for the best value for my time and money. I refuse to be a customer of any Sears establishment any longer. I don’t know what the answer is to make the Sears brand popular again. The owners and upper management caused Sears to decline. As a customer I’m outta here.
cashier no nice...every time i go to get a tool replacement you know,...life time warranty,...the lady on the register start asking to many questions,..making me feel uncomfortable...like questioning all my answers i give her...no one before gave me hard time for any tool to get replaced I love craftsman tools...and if it is craftsman don't need to ask if i purchased that tool in that location... every time i go, it looks like getting emptier,...i don't know what's going on..maybe they gonna update or just remodel..just my thoughts.
