Family Fitness Karate & Kickboxing - Central Ave

I am very happy that I decided to enroll my son in karate kick boxing classes.. I’ve seen my son start being all shy and scare and now I see such a big difference in him. I see how much confidence he’s gotten and he loves coming here.. The teachers are wonderful with the students.

My son has been atttending family fitness for a few months now, I must say best decision I made enrolling him. He loves master mike & master vinh , the entire staff makes you feel welcomed. They all are very good with kids, must i say the activities they provide for the kids awesome. They also have taken the headache of planning his birthday party this year, which i must say turned out to be a blast. Thank you to the family fitness staff for allowing us to be apart of your family.

My 5 year old son is a member of Family Fitness K and really enjoys going to class as he learns new techniques every session. Not only are the sessions great but the staff here are wonderful! Master Mike and everyone else makes you feel like family. They are very attentive with the children and have great communication skills with them when they are not paying attention. They know how to make everyone feel welcome and always there to answer all my questions. They have many events that brings family together which is why I am glad that my son and I are part of this wonderful place. Recently my son had his 5th bday party here and Master Mike and Jerry were a big part of his celebration as they had each children participate in tug of war, dodgeball, and my baby boy broke a piece of wood with his hand and knee which the children found astonishing! My son was able to hold a real life sword as well. Overall, great place, great people and its all about FAMILY!

The staff and instructors at Family Fitness are absolutely fantastic! I brought my girls here to get them more motivated and active, as well as boost their self confidence, and Master Vinh has exceeded my expectations. While there are some days they complain about coming to class, as soon as they set foot in the dojo their demeanor changes and they are ready to work, and they have fun doing it. They are learning to be more disciplined and love showing off their new skills to anyone that will give them time! Not only are they learning new skills, but they are strengthening their bond with each other, and that is more than I expected or could have asked for. They have a built in sparring partner! They are enjoying every minute, and I'm enjoying watching them grow in such a wonderful way. No matter your question or concerns, especially about pricing, Master Vinh and Ms. Alexis will be there to walk you through it and do whatever it takes to get a family plan that's right for you. Take advantage of the specials and the opportunity to pay in advance, the benefits are excellent!

We have nothing but good things to say about ffkk. We have seen our daughter blossom and become more confident after every single class. Master Mike, you’re the man!
