Family Medicine & Pediatrics at Winchester Square

I visited the office for the first time with my fiance. He was the patient. I thought the staff was friendly and they are very close to our home so, I decided I would try and become a new patient. After a huge miscommuniction with my insurance provider, I missed my appointment and they now refuse to schedule me for another. It's a long story but I am so disappointed that they can't find a way to make someone an appointment who needs to be seen. This happened almost a year ago and I was told today it is "indefinite" & I will not ever be able to go there. I can't believe a mistake that wasn't even my fault is the reason I can't be seen. No second chance at all. That is just ridiculous if you ask me.

I've been coming here for 4-5 years now and as the office expands the front office gets worse. Terrible attitudes, poor phone skills and hateful tones when speaking to you as if they are miserable at their jobs and they are having the worst day of their lives. I see dr Emily personally and my daughter sees dr Julie and they are both absolutely fantastic that's why I continue to deal with the rudeness and poor customer service by the front office.

Just horrible with timing and scheduling, was told my appt was rescheduled for 9 am...now when I arrived they say my appt was at 8:30 and I was marked as a no show, why would I ever cone back here when they screw me over not once but twice...they need to get their staff together
