OhioHealth Primary Care Physicians (formerly Generations Family Medicine)

I have been turned away by the Nurse Practitioner. Lauren Ashworth. She decided last year that she didn’t want me on her care and devised a way for me to be rejected. I have never received such horrible regard when it comes to a doctor or nurse and my son had a heart condition so I know what I’m talking about. She told me last summer that she didn’t need to do my physical because I went to the Emergency Room. Just horrible. I made sure I sent so many people to her. Now I must tell the truth

Terrible customer service. Over the phone I was told by the receptionist to "hurry up because i have people in line". Also, when i visited the office of Dr Auyang there was nobody at the front desk and nobody came despite ringing the bell. After 10 minutes, Dr Auyang finally popped her head out from behind a wall, appeared annoyed and said "we dont have much staff today" and disappeared. At the very least she could have greeted the patients who had come in and said "we will be right with you" and maintained a level of courtesy and professionalism.

Leave you waiting sometimes more than an hour past your appointment time. No explanation. Front desk people are rude. I have found a more professional place for my health care. I would advise other people to do the same.

First of all Ive been a patient since Cherry Bottom when Rob Zaino and Miller first became doctors. Over 20 plus yrs ago. Dr O is great also. The three made Generations wht it is today. The best Dr to treat you. Yes Rob Zaino is gone but he is just down the hall, not VA! The Practitioners are amazing Dave is the best. Amy too. Thumbs up Generations.
