Family Practice Center of Westerville

I’ve been seeing Dr. Ann for years. Their practice is top notch and has always worked with my needs. Highly recommended!

I have lived in Central Ohio for almost 18 years now and I have been going to the Family Practice Center of Westerville the entire time. I have had nothing but great service and care from all of the doctors and staff there. I would recommend them to anyone!

I am self pay and have been always and this practice now won't give me care because the $100 a month I've been sending isn't enough. The tests I needed today would of cost 240 dollars which I was willing to pay but I'd still have a balance so unless I paid my full balance off they wouldn't give me care!? Nurse was rude and told me this isn't a free clinic... wow. Ive been going to this practice since I was a little child. All the old doctors are gone and the new ones only care about money and making sure they get it. I have never been so humiliated in my life. My balance is about $600 dollars and I paid $100 at time of visit and would of paid the $240 for the test right there but they still refused to give me the test. Do no harm isn't a thing anymore.

Stay far away. During a routine physical, which should have been covered 100% by insurance, this practice ran unauthorized lab chemistry tests. To our surprise, we received a bill and the doctor's office told us we had to pay. When I disputed the bill, both my wife and I were kicked out of the practice. The lovely billing lady immediately got defensive and began yelling at me on the phone all due to the fact that she billed the code wrong to start with. She apparently empowered herself to remove us from the practice as well. I strongly recommend finding another trustworthy office that wont surprise you with medical bills.

The doctors did not work with my insurance provider, insisted on blood work / labs that were not covered by my insurance, and required me to book a follow up appointment to discuss the issue I originally wanted treated. At the end of that second appointment, I was told there was nothing to be done except make an appointment with a specialist for surgical options, or continue using OTC ibuprofen for pain as needed. No middle ground at all. Oh, and I have received bills totaling $330.35 for lab work that I was told was "standard for new patients". Apparently not.
