I met dr.Casey through my friend, and as usual I was really apprehensive,he is calm,he listens,I called up his assistant and told them that I needed help,dr. Casey took the time call me back, and then he told me that if this doesn’t work for you,he said call me back if you need more help. How great was that, I felt 10 feet tall.if you want a warm caring dr that will listen to you, I promise,so if you need help, give dr Casey a try.he will see you right away.

Dr. Casey promptly came in after the nurse took all of my information. He was extremely attentive to my explanation of symptoms and genuinely listened. I was thoroughly checked out and felt very comfortable the entire time. Very happy I found Dr. Casey!

I called on a Monday because my prescription for birth control from a previous provider had expired. They scheduled me to see the Dr. on Friday. On Friday morning they say my appt was cancelled and I can schedule again for 2 weeks later. I say I need to get this prescription refilled sooner than that. They say well, you don't have any paps pending, the Dr. can probably just refill it without seeing you (why didn't you say that in the first place?). They send her a message. On Saturday I call the pharmacy to see if she's sent the prescription over, and she hasn't. I call Rardin and they say she hasn't acknowledged the message yet. I ask if some other Dr. can send the prescription because I don't want to lapse on my birth control. Another Dr. does, but he writes it for Gildess Fe (which pharmacies no longer carry), and does not put that it can be substituted for a generic. The pharmacy tells me they can't fill it, and by this point Rardin is closed until Monday. I just called them again (Monday), and they say they'll send the Dr. another message about correcting the prescription and sending it again. The doctors have 48 hours to respond to the messages. Which means I may not have the prescription until Wednesday. 10 days just to refill a routine birth control prescription...UNACCEPTABLE!
