Dr. Miller comes off as a caring and kind man, quite friendly. He seems professional and capable. However he seems to be offended by my HSA account. He routinely tried to have me use emergency facilities for non emergencies even though the the cost was 5 times higher for me. The straw that broke the camels back was having ingrown toenails removed. I was in the office less than one hour and was charged $700 dollars. This is an obscene amount of money for a routine procedure.
