My aunt was able to get an appt. next day with her regular doctor, Dr. Rowland. The wait was less than ten minutes, tree waiting room was clean and cheerful. One of the two front desk people was very friendly and helpful, the other not so much. Dr. Rowland was wonderful. Patient, kind and very interested and engaged with my aunt. She said she just loves him and I am very reassured she is well taken care of.

Was a patient for 20 years, my doctor left and have been treated like a dollar sign instead of a patient, or even better a human being, ever since and am not allowed to switch within the practice. Shame

Been with Dr Long for approx 30 years. Good family doctor.

The sudden change in policy where med refill requests are no longer accepted by this practice when the pharmacy calls them in puts this patient at risk of seizures and is an unacceptable lack of communication on the part of the practice (spring 2016)
