I too am very suprised at all the negative reviews. I have been seeing NP Regina Meyer for many years and have always had good experiences with her. Yes, there are long wait times sometimes, but no more than at other practices I've been to. When Regina is not available, lately I have been seeing the other NP, Jessica Manly, and have had great experiences with her as well.

I began using Westerville Family Physicians more than 15 years ago. I saw Dr. Slayman back then and now see Dr. Briones. Dr. Briones is patient and understanding, and I feel like she is my partner in my health care. The staff are friendly, and I rarely wait more than five minutes past my appointment time. I have been rescheduled once or twice due to conflicts in Dr. Briones' schedule, but those appointments have been rescheduled with plenty of notice and at a similar time and day. My experience at this practice couldn't be any better! I highly recommend Dr. Briones especially.

I have been a patient here for more than 10 years. I’m writing this review from the room. It gets a little boring when your stuck in this room for so long. I was asked to show up at 9:00 for a 9:30 appointment. It is now 10:00. (All my info was current at the front desk so no real reason to show up early. SIGH)
I feel like I’m being held hostage. I actually have a job to get back to. It’s really hard to take “appointment” times seriously 😒. Maybe I should show up 30 minutes later than requested if that’s the game. They are clearly triple booked. Or, something like that? Maybe it’s because I have Medicaid health insurance? It’s really quiet out in the hallway so they sure don’t seem busy. 
I wonder if a student is going to walk in and ask the same set of questions the NP is going to ask again? I’ve seen that happen. I think if we had a single payer system then we would have a more competitive system.
[UPDATE] When NP Jessica came in, she was kind, listened carefully, and responsive. She was also very skilled at diagnosis. I guess the waiting issue is experienced everywhere and it's not any one particular medical practice. It's simply a pandemic symptom in the US healthcare system.

So surprised by the negative reviews! I never thought to even leave a review, I assumed they would all be glowing! I've been going here for over 10 years, even when I had to drive from the opposite side of town. Over that time I have seen every doctor and nurse practitioner here (our whole family comes here), and I have NEVER had a negative experience here. Not once. Since I've been with them for so long I've had plenty of instances where they clearly went above and beyond. Cannot say enough good things about them!
