Love this doctors office, never had an issue! Doctor's, nurses, and staff are helpful, kind, and understanding!

I recently have been having some issues with my heart and blood pressure. I consulted this office for help after waiting 3 weeks for a appointment following my emergency room trip. While i was visiting this offi lce the resident i saw was respectful, knowledgable and considerate. However i completed what tests i could in office and went to the hospital to do the xray. There was no order so i had to call the office to request it. After asking questions about the prescriptions i was supposed to recieve. Around 3:30 i called the pharmacy, still no prescriptions. I contacted the office, left a message, someone called back around 5 and said they were being sent in. Around 9:30 still no scripts. Currently seeking medical attention elsewhere.

This office is a joke. Good luck getting ahold of anyone or getting anyone to call  back or do what they tell you they are going to do for you. Terrible doctors.

I've been going to Doctors Family Practice since I was in grade school, and I continue to go as an adult because I love it! There have been a couple iffy doctors that I haven't liked, but I've loved the rest, especially recently. Dr. Ames, Dr. Foreman, and Dr. Coffey are all AMAZING doctors who know their stuff and make you feel like a friend. The secretarial and nurse staff are also always really polite and kind.

Called in to make an appointment, they said the next available appointment was in 2 weeks.... Find another office.
