Good place for a reasonably priced pair of shoes. Good return policy if they happen to be defective.

Decent shoe store overall. I've had problems with selection, quality of products sold there and with their customer service sporadically at different times, but overall the experience has been decent. With some of their discounts, I've been able to save enough to make up for the issues.

**********************Fraudulent Charges************************** Found a cute pair of shoes and bought them immediately!!! BUT then to my horror my check card was charged several times for the same purchase. I went into the store and the Manger gave me a customer service number to call. He could not do anything a the store level. I called the number and was told that they could not help me without all of the receipts. WHAT??????? I only had one purchase. I wouldn't have receipts for all the other charges to my card. I was then told sorry their was nothing they could do. I disputed with my bank and received a credit immediately. Very disappointed that the customer service was so horrible. I will never shop there again. I feel that not only did they steal money from me but they refused to give it back without a fight.

They are really proud of their shoes and the prices show. Shoes I found other places for $50 were $80 here.
