Brianna aka Bri was the worst acting asst manager I have ever dealt with. She stated the shoe store on 24th St & Baseline Rd was dangerous and that everyone that went in that store carried guns and knives, as a reason to not give me her name when I asked for it. On top of that unprofessional behavior she hung up on me immediately after. I escalated the issue to corporate office and I have yet to receive an apology for her discriminatory remarks and rude unprofessional behavior. As the acting manager of this store, this type of behavior should cost her position to be terminated as it reflects on Famous Footwear as a whole. Even more so since I have not been contacted back by corporate as they said they would. Store Manager Tara you need to hold your staff to a higher standard as this reflects on your management skills. Again this has been escalated to your corporate office. I do not see anything FAMOUS ABOUT YOUR FOOTWEAR.

Overall service was excellent associate299951. Went above and beyond of Services of helping out excellent Services I do appreciate the service and I do appreciate ordering the shoes that I wanted on the internet and having them delivered to my house that is awesome five star experience great

This staff acknowledged my family when we walked in and let us know of the bargain sale going on. An associate that went out of her way was Alyeza. She deserves some recognition for her help on Saturday. This store is better than the one in Christown mall and they have more inventory.

Looking around for new school shoes for one of my kids that wears her shoes out fast had pretty good deals nothing she liked

Finally found some shoes in my size and not ugly. Haven't bought myself anything new in a while so I decided to go ahead and do so here. Glad to have stopped by and get some great looking shoes. I will return soon.

Ordered a pair of moccasins online, had a coupon and an extra $5.00 off. The store said it was in stock so I waited for confirmation to pick it up. Next day got an email and said they couldn’t fulfill my order so they sent me a 15% off coupon for my next order. Ordered them again and even with the 15% coupon it was much higher cost than my original order! Rip off…so disappointed!

Sign up for emails and create an account they have a point system so you can occasionally get 5, 10, 15 bucks off a purchase, double the points, a percentage off and buy one get one 1/2 off . I just got my baby a pair of Nikes and got 10 bucks off my purchase

This was the 4th store I went to that finally had my 8.5 size. The second you walk into the store, they're quick to greet and help you. love it!! Keep up the great work!!

Bought a pair and got the second pair half off. Size 13 was too small for my son so I tried to exchange for a 14. They don't have a 14, instead of allowing me to exchange for a different pair in size 14 they only allowed to refund me 38$!!! I used my coupon and my half off code. Shouldn't that same discount apply to the other shoe???? That's cheaper than the original! Customer service was rude and instead of explaining she just said she has been doing this for 20 years.

The sales person who helped me said I could wear my new shoes out, but the cashier told me that I had to take them off for her to check first. Not coming here again, I'll just order online instead of being embarrassed in front of the whole store.
