We were going to open an account to carry next level apparel for our new tshirt, hat and accessory printing business while we wait on next level to open wholesale ditro back up to other companies but this person was SO rude in emails while trying to get my account set up that I’d never ever use this unprofessional company. I figured they would be convenient because we’re in Tucson and they’re in Phoenix but unfortunately they came with that rude Arizona business style and lost this account before they ever had it. Good thing too cause I just looked at their store and it’s really run down inside. Stretched collars on hanging tshirts etc, old old decor, lackluster for certain. so glad you showed us how rude you were before we started doing actual business with you. We’ll use anyone else and tell everyone we know about your attitude and I promise to send all my friends elsewhere for next level. We literally just closed down two brick and mortars and changed our name which is why we’re waiting on a new TPT. We aren’t brand new Mc Creary’s.

If you have a TPT license make sure you go to their website and sign up. If you have any issues talk to them in person they are extremely understanding. Their customer service to their online services are amazing if they have what you need. You have to have proof that you are in the business by having some type of social media awareness of your business. They simply don't want you reselling their blanks.

Super great! Sylfida so sorry for the spelling helped us out. She was amazing, helped us the whole way through. Didn't rush us at all even though it was close to closing. Helped us picked samples of the tank tops and flannels we needed, helped with sizes and all the color options. First company we have found that was this friendly and allowed us to get samples at a reasonable prices. Even got us the stuff we wanted same day. Will definitely be back for the rest of our order.
