2 employees were talking at the door, and as I entered I said hello and smiled. The guy looked away, and the girl glared at me and took a sip of water. Neither helped me while I shopped or ever spoke to me. I just felt unwelcome and will not be visiting this particular location. As a resident of Sugarhouse, it has a warmer reputation than most and this store failed at every engagement opportunity.

The employee doesn’t ask if we got an email offer discounts, in all other store we always having the same experience. They like working without heart. My daughter really need restroom and they don’t even let her. And why this is bad, because that was the assistant manager who did all of that, we never got this kind of experience in Famous Footwear ever!

I bought a pair of snow boots before winter but never needed them, never wore them. They let me exchange them for some tennis shoes I did need and gave me the difference back. Very helpful staff, a huge selection of tennis shoes with some in the extra wide I needed.

Wasn’t greeted, wasn’t helped, wasn’t  acknowledged. The two woman working here on 6/28/22 @2:25pm we’re not friendly or helpful whatsoever. They only cared to gossip! Why have employees at this point? Meh, online shopping is where it’s at anyway.

Very disrespectful rude and where very judgmental they where younger  adults who need more training on how to run their own system they tried to run my debt card as a gift card told them it wasn’t a gift card that it was a actual debt card there response was we close in 2 seconds would you like to come back another time with a new form of payment? Unprofessional shouldn’t be there without someone who knows what to do

I heard from one of the employees who looked 16 or 15 i think her name tag said aspen that she was dating her manager who is a college student i think his name is Tyler would not come here and dont bring the kids I used to like the store and shop every 6 months or so for shoes but after learning this I hope HR can look into it. But sadly the good is now over shadowed by the ugly and bad

I came in with only the expectation to try and buy Brooks running shoes for my upcoming marathon. Instead I was warmly greeted and immediately taken care in terms of shoe size, arch and comfort support. I was sincerely impressed with the customer service and his attentiveness to my specific needs. I will definitely be back.

Employees where literally following me around asking me what I want, and treating me like I was a potential shoplifter. I had a little water satchel pouch on my back, and my Onewheel. This shop is located next to a bike park. They literally stereotyped me. Shame on them.

While they didn’t have the shoes I wanted, the sales girl worked with me until I found a perfect pair. And even though I didn’t have the receipt, she still found the record of my purchase for the exchange. Perfect!

Good clean store. Fair prices. Quality shoes. Outstanding friendly service.
