This gets 5 stars because of Clinton and Melanie. My purchase was largely because of them. They were kind, helpful, patient, genuine, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile for me in my order to make sure I didn't have to travel, but have it delivered to my home. I wasn't dressed the best as I usually am, and they saw past that. They worked well as a team. The only downside was the impatience and bad attitude of the manager. If it had been only him in the store, I would have left without a purchase.
I love this store. When I walked in the store Emily greeted me with a massive smile and a "Hello, thank you for coming in." Emily was extra helpful when I needed to find the try on socks. We are camping so naturally all I have are flip flops. I also watched and noticed that she was helpful and friendly with everyone. She is an amazing asset to the Sketchers Company and this store. If she lived in Nevada I would hire her in a heart beat. Love her energetic personality. Thank you so much Emily.
Clint is the MAN!!! definitely ask for him, as soon as we walked in the store he was very welcoming. And he knew exactly what we didn't know we needed. Thank you for the great customer service and customer care! This guy needs a raise.
I love all my skechers shoes and sandals since im in college. They are so comfy and i can wear them more than 12 hrs at work in the hospital without having leg or foot sore. The staffs here are so friendly and accomodating that they will assist you in all of your queries.
I don’t know why the manager was being racist and yelled at us for asking how to use the foot size tool. I’m not sure why you’re still working if you hate people and your job so much. Left us with bitter and horrible experience. I’ve seen other dissatisfied customers in the reviews and some of them were actually right from our own personal experience coming to your store.
Unfortunately the worst store experience I have ever had. The lady with glasses and her hair pulled back in a black shirt wanted us to leave my purse behind the counter was very rude and followed us out of the door screaming at us smacking her fist in her hand. We drove over an hour to come here and was very uncomfortable and frustrated with the lady and the situation we will go find a new store.
Love the promotion. The staff is so friendly.
They have a lot of shoes. I was surprised by the selection of just one company's shoes. Unfortunately, if you are shopping for a young boy you will be notice that 80% of them are for girls. And although there is a variety of girls winter boots, the boys had just one. And they were $50 on sale, a bit much for kid's boots that will likely only fit for one winter. They also had a popcorn machine near the register which filled the whole store with a strong smell of popcorn and made my kid beg me for some. We weren't going to buy anything and there was nobody anywhere near the registers, so I had to convince the kid that he could get a better snack when we went to the next place in search of more reasonable boots. In all, it is probably a decent place to get regular shoes. I have had good luck with sketchers in the past and might go there again, but for this particular trip I was not impressed.
Took our Blind autistic son to pick up a new pair of shoes. It was the first time we'd ever been in a Skechers shoe store. When we went to check out, we had our son check out alone to help him learn independence. The cashier, Clinton Holman, showed our son compassion, friendliness, genuine caring and most of all patience as our son was learning how to pay for something on his own. We have encountered many cashiers in our lives when doing this and none have been as exceptional as this young man. He was amazing. We will definitely be back.
Last Tuesday my 87 year old mom got out of her "boot" and needed new shoes with more support. We went from the doc's to the skechers warehouse. I went in and asked if I could take one shoe at a time out for her to try on. She was still unable to walk. Clinton said he would bring the shoes out to the car for her to try on. He made various trips in and out of the store in the rain and was so helpful in finding the right kind of shoes for her. He was so happy and considerate and it was evident that he liked helping people and his job was not just assisting customers, but going the extra mile and making sure they were satisfied and well taken care of. The whole process took about 30-45 minutes and yet, he never complained or acted as though he was put out. He is an incredible employee of this store! I told him I would send a review and tried to do it a number of times and couldn't get to the right page. Today I called the store and Clinton wasn't working, but Emily was and she walked me through the process of writing a review for him. She too was very helpful and patient and I am so impressed with the employees that work here. They go above and beyond their job descriptions.
