I went back to return them and did not have any issues at all. They even directed me to a store that had my size. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back again.

This is my 2nd time in here, and both times I've been super happy with my experience. Place is nice, and has a huge selection, especially if you're looking for sneakers or flats. The staff are helpful, but give plenty of space to browse at your leisure, which is super important to me at the least.
