Butchered my poor dog's tail "plume".  Going to take months and months to grow back. Then groomer lied and tried to say it was matted.  I've had that dog 14 yrs and a similar one 11 yrs both groomed regularly.  Never had to have their tails butchered, dried up shampoo left on them, face fur left too long, and the groomer putting on his jacket ready to bolt out the door on a Saturday afternoon, as soon as I walked in.  Never had 2 dogs groomed in 2 hours by 1 person.  Usually 3-4 sometimes longer. ZERO STARS for that particular dishonest impatient groomer.

Instantly felt good about boarding our pups when we dropped them off. Staff was friendly and seemed to really care about their well being. It was especially nice because they didn't smell like they've been in a kennel all weekend when we picked them up. Great place.

A really personal place. Dropped our dog off for our wedding and he seemed to have a great time. Staff was friendly, and took notes on all our requests. We sprung for the VIP suite and added a few extra walks per day. It showed to be well worth it!

We were traveling through the area with our Shitzu.
Got a grooming appointment, on short notice.
Jonah was our groomer. He was attentive to our requests, and did a wonderful job!
everyone was great, and our pup was comfortable and happy when we picked him up.

I have been taking my dog Diesel here for the last 7 years & he absolutely loves going here. They are great with him!
