I've tried other diet meal delivery services before and what you get from them doesn't work in the long haul. Lets face it, you're on a restricted calorie diet so you're likely to be a little hungry and looking forward to your next meal. You eagerly pop open the package and there it is, hospital food! A dry ham and cheese sandwich on white bread with some carrots and apple slices. After a week or two you're thinking, "Damn I could make a dry ham and cheese sandwich myself for less than $160/wk." Farm to fit is nothing like that, it's more like having a personal chef. The food is fresh, delicious, and quite filling. I'm very happy.

The food is really good, I am hooked. It's not cheap but you pay what you get for: quality, fresh and local food. I ate out a lot so it's pretty much a wash on my monthly food spending. But now I hardly have to grocery shop, cook meals, etc. Very happy with this company and their product/service.
