The Mighty Bowl

I love this place so much! So nice to have this spot in VANCOUVER! My young kids can enjoy a smoothie while I enjoy a bowl. I’ve liked everything I have tried. And the price is right for FRESH, HEALTHY and DELICIOUS food! If it cost less, the quality couldn’t be sustained I’m sure. It’s also beautiful inside. I wouldn’t mind the addition of high chairs* in the space but that doesn’t prohibit a 5-Star rating because I can deal for such good food! Or I could just order to go. *Since writing this review they now have a high chair!!!

Polite, efficient staff, delicious food. Been here twice and both times I have had an excellent experience. I've also been on a time table. They got me in and out in a reasonable manner. This is my new favorite restaurant!

First time in and excited to find a gluten free lunch spot within walking distance from my work! The lady at the register was friendly when placing my order, yet when picking up my juice (at the other bar) I thought I heard my name called for food. When I went over to double check it was mine and wasn't grabbing someone else's lunch, I politely asked if this order was for 'Lindsey' and the response I got was 'it might be' and then turned away from to talk with the person up to place their order. I understand it was busy and it wasn't awful, just made me feel like once I paid, it was a brush me off and get moving mentality. That being said, the food (coconut curry w/ chicken) was super tasty as well as my fresh pressed juice. I will return!

Sunny day and this delicious spot was humming! Fresh, fast and fantastic. I loved the selection of locally named options and the lunch time atmosphere. This is a must in downtown Vancouver. Grab it to go and stroll a block to the park for a perfect picnic too!

I work just down the street and am trying to follow the Eat to Live book. 1 pound of veggies a day is daunting to say the least. The food here is really great and reasonably priced with decent portions. Recently discovered the smoothies (The Pat) and they have options to add more greens for $1. Last two days am starting my day with a smoothie with extra greens and they are really helping me get in more greens easily into my diet. Hoping their greens mix stays heavy on the kale cause it has SO MUCH more fiber than spinach. At $8.15 for a Pat with extra...a little spendy but I would rather spend it than the $10 I normally spend at Starbucks. When are they going to get a frequent flyer card??? That would mean breakfast and lunch there right??? :)
