We have a monthly meeting in the separate room that can be reserved. The staff is quick and precise in making our orders so we can get started in a timely fashion. The parking can be a little tight, but if you know about the backlot on the west side of the building and are willing to walk a little way it is never a problem for me.

I may be a bit nitpicky when it comes to sandwiches. Personally I believe one could ruin a sandwich easily. I ordered four chicken subs, and one of them was a coupon my kiddo received from school. I showed the coupon to the first staff that started my order. Another staff took over after the subs were toasted. The kids sandwiches were simple-just add mayo or ranch. Can't get that wrong! One of the kiddos said they had too much "sauce", and I experienced a similar issue with the sandwich I had. I asked for a light-small amount of mayo and Dijon and the young lady squirted two huge lines of each, going back and forth twice. I paused because I could not believe the huge amount just gooped all over. Perhaps this is what she considered a "small amount". I asked her to please remove more than half of the glob of condiment on my sandwich. Her expression indicated she did not want to do it. She quickly removed-scraped some of the sauce off. Now at least she used a knife. I had a similar issue at a Subway a year ago and the employee used her finger to scrape it off. Yes, she did have a glove, but still gross right?! The Sandwiches are made and she begins to ring up the order. I provide the coupon and she stopped explaining the kid sandwich needs to be 4 inches. I had no idea what she was referring to at first because that is all of the info she initially provided. My response was was "ok", but never heard of the 4 inch sandwiches. She repeated the kids meal is 4 inches not 6 inches. Oh I see. So it appears a six inch is cut and to make the 4 inch another inches is removed from the other end. I suppose the 2 inch bread is tossed? If so it would be better and lean, cost effective, to leave the 2 inches on.
Anyway, I told her to please follow up with the other staff that started the order since he reviewed the coupon and gave us the 6 inch. She said I can't ring it up this way. At this point 2 people were behind waiting to pay as well. I told her I will pay for the 2 inches or cut it off, so the line does not get backed up more than it already had, but she refused. She got the manager, and he stated similar information. He understood the other staff checked it first, so he began to ring up the order. For some reason the system must be strict regarding how the items are inputted. He struggled to get the correct amount to show up. At this point people are upset in line and I mention I am happy to pay the extra 2 inches. He decided he would ring it up in two orders. He was polite, but I ended up paying more than I was told I owed. I paid and left. My sandwich was mediocre because of the goopy condiments. Would I go back to this Subway? Probably not. The manager was polite through all of this, so that would be reason enough to give it another try. The staff could use more training on being a sandwich artist.

Excellent service!
This is my favorite dine-in restaurant.
There were a few people ahead of me in line, but the "Sandwich Artists" worked fast and efficiently to complete the orders ahead of me. My sandwich came out perfectly, and they saved my dad and I some money by making my sub a meal instead of his. They were very friendly and engaging.
This Subway is a perfect example of employee training done right. Props to the manager for hiring people whom I assume were already friendly and engaging before being hired!
5 out of 5, Two thumbs up!

They are Always fast and nice. The manager is no good though, he yelled at an employee in front of a huge line of customers telling the employee to clock off for break but keep working. Very disrespectful, to treat someone like that just because you are one position above someone else. I’ve working in customer service and he is a bad leader treating people like that especially how fast and good they are being! It’s always very busy there.
