Fastest health food in T town! Every time I go here-always with friends of course, cause it’s such a friendly place, I find myself trying to hold back my fork from everyone’s plates! It’s incredibly flavorful-whether you’re vegan or not, this place will leave you full and happy!

We found this place by chance, but I am glad we did! Small, nice and cozy. Its cool and really clean. The owner/manager is a really nice lady that helped us choosing between options and gave us suggestions. Food was great! Fresh, vibrant, organic and best thing 90% of the menu is vegetarian. Dishes were really well plated and the quality was excellent. All was delicious with amazing flavour! They also prepare many juices and smoothies and have sweet (vegan) produce like cakes and cookies. They also change the menu depending on the season and produce available, which makes even more healthy. I really wish they had a resto/cafe like this near my home. I will be there everyday.

My five year old grandson & I stopped in for lunch. We shared a sandwhich, I had a cup of soup. The soup was too spicy for me. Lol Been told I am too sensitive by my kids. Love the healthy option for eating take out food. Thank you
