Fashion Q

It's a decent sized store that's organized in a way where you can figure out where to find what you need. Everything is reasonably priced ranging from about $5.00-$25.00. They have cute clothes that range from small/petite to plus size, which is great for every type of shopper. However, the clothes are the only good thing about it. The staff are not welcoming at all. There was no greeting or any form of acknowledgement other than scrutinizing stares. All of the staff kept looking at me and my mother as if they knew we were going to steal something. One of the employees practically followed us around the store and kept staring at us almost the entire time. She only stopped when I caught her for the third time yes, I caught her multiple times. When we went to the register, the employee possible manager did not greet us, only give us a dirty look. She then proceeded to watch other customers as I paid. Overall, cute clothes, but horrible customer service.

Went there today looking for tops and pants only to find out I could try nothing on! I get there’s still COVID and all but what an inconvenience it is because if things don’t fit you ha e to go exchange them and I don’t live around the corner! Also the girl that was working there is rude and didn’t even ask me if I needed help only when I asked her if I could try on the clothes she just said No! In a very rude way so I left everything on the rack and walked out! I will not be going there ever again and I do not be recommend this store!

Avoid this store at all cost. Asian-owned and run, no sense of customer service. They won't let you try on any white clothing. Zero refunds and exchanges only within 14 days but items need to be in 100% perfect condition. All their tops are non-returnable whatsoever. As of 4/27/18, there are 71 reviews and maybe 69 scored this store 1 star. Their clothes might be cheap but that doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to return them.

I like the store, the clothes are really nice and I like shopping there but when I wanted to try on two pairs of leggings a large and a medium , the sales lady didn't let me no matter what. This was for a really important show too.

I love this store. Always have great selection of great looks for work, hanging out or going out. Accessories, lashes, shoes all in one spot.

They have really nice clothes, it sorts by S , M , L , 1X, 2X, 3X, the x's are L so 1X is XL and so on , they also have bags, shoes, hats and beauty products. Staff is really kind and approachable, very helpful as well ! There's a fitting room in the back as well !

My wife love this store, they have all type of womens clothing styles and good prices.

I went in there and from the moment I walked in the door the lady would not leave me alone she didn't give me any opportunity to look around she just talked my ear off the whole time and tried to get me to buy things that I wasn't even looking at. I was in there to buy shorts and t-shirts and she just didn't give me any opportunity to shop and I ended up walking out unsatisfied. I went next door to the clothing store and bought a pair of shorts then I thought I would give it one more chance. When I returned they were closed and she didn't want anything to do with me she didn't even say I'm sorry we're closed come back tomorrow she just kept shaking her head like no work closed go away. Not a good visit I don't recommend this to anyone. It's people like her that cause stores to need to spend so much in advertising when if they just treat their customers right they will come back and it won't cost any additional advertisement because word of mouth will be although is needed

Horrible customer service! I went in here to make a return I purchased from “FASHION Q” and the owner tell me she can’t process my return because her business is not fashion Q. But on her storefront is Says FASHION Q! MISLEADING CUSTOMERS!!!!! She was rude and disrespectful. And told me doesn’t care about my business after I told her she was misleading customers. Her business is supposedly “LOVE Q” on her business license.

Owner Asian lady was very rude, and became irate when I tried on a jacket outside of the fitting room....screaming and pounding her hands on the counter, she then approached me in a threatening manner waving her fingers in my face! She’s lucky I know Jesus...STAY AWAY! Too many options for cheapie stores, don’t give this store a dime of your money!!
