I've been to this clinic twice this month ,once for x-rays and once accompanying my daughter for an ultrasound. Both times they were running pretty close to on time, both times the techs were professional and courteous. I forgot my sunglasses in the exam room and the tech was nice enough to try to reach me twice to let me know that they were there prior to leaving them at the desk for me to pick up. Typically I would expect that they would put them in a lost and found at the desk and that would be the end of it. I probably would not have known where I left them and never would have seen them again. Trying to reach me, not once but twice, to let me know that he had found them was above and beyond and very kind. When I accompanied my daughter she was very nervous and the tech took the time to explain everything and put her at ease. I have nothing bad to say about this clinic whatsoever, and that is uncommon in medical clinics of any kind right now. Due to chronic illnesses, I spend a tremendous amount of time at doctors, labs, diagnostic centers of all kinds... The healthcare system is a mess right now and this usually makes for disgruntled staff who are rude and impatient with patients. I'm happy to say that that is not the case at this particular facility. I highly recommend this center.

I am so glad my family doctor referred me to ODC Square One for a foot x-ray and ultrasound. My experience was smooth, right from booking an appointment for ultrasound they only take walk-ins for x-ray to being accommodated for x-ray right after my ultrasound. Considering how busy the clinic was, they were extremely organized. My ultrasound was done by Vandana who was very polite and professional. So was the technician who did my x-ray, although I forgot to ask for his name. Being someone who always looks at Google reviews, I must say I was skeptical at first but my experience at the clinic surely exceeded my expectations in every way possible. Thank you!

Arrived early and only waited 5 minutes. The technician did his job with a professional attitude. I was offered paper towel to wipe off. I guess I am one of the few that had a good experience.

Just had my mammogram today. The receptionist was welcoming. The mammogram technician called “ Lucin” was very unfriendly. I opened a conversation but before I could finished my sentence, she cut me off and bluntly said, take off your gown and immediately proceed with the mammogram. Your clients are not objects or robots, mammogram is a painful procedure to many and a friendlier/ kind attitude and atmosphere is very much appreciated.

I have been going to ODC since the last two months and have had an excellent experience both times. My technician, Beena was very gentle and caring and took time to explain to me everything about my scan. There were times when my baby wasn't cooperating but Beena was very patient throughout and did not rush my appointment. I would 100% recommend this location to everyone.

The previous reviews should have been a warning to me. Some of them have responses stating the same situation I faced would be dealt with - it clearly has not been rectified…so to the management: don’t bother responding to my review. This is for potential new patients… Technicians speaking in a foreign language throughout my appointment and interrupted by a technician and a technicians family member a teenage male while having what should be a private procedure done. Very unprofessional. Would not recommend this clinic at all.

I arrived 10 minutes late for my appointment and after swipping my health card was told I needed to reschedule it for another day. And was very rude about it. There is no place on their website that states that policy. I have a swollen ankle and can barely walk. Will ask my family doctor for a requisition to another company. You have lost a repeat customer.

They accommodated my request for the earliest available date. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was called right away. Staff who makes the booking and the reception is polite and the technician had great bedside manners

Contrary to the reviews I had a seamless experience. Booking was super easy over the phone and my appointment was on time - it was at 8am. Technician was nice.
