Target

I had a great experience in Makeup. The woman stocking on October 19th morning shift helped me choose a lipstick. She was very knowledgeable about the different types of lipsticks and glosses as well as very polite. I didn't get her name, but it was nice to have help to speed up the process of having to choose what I needed.

Target has really been lacking lately they have workers standing around and taking all over the store, but take forever for pickup orders. Besides having to cancel orders to pick them myself I guess I rather shop here than Walmart cause it’s not as busy plus target circle is convenient

Target in Chino CA has always been my go to find things of daily use and high quality. This weekend I was a little surprised to have found the store in unusual disarray and with low stock in some items that I was intending to buy. Still, a nice place to go to do shopping close to home.

Another average size outlet of Target. Inside you get a pizza hut, Starbucks, CVS pharmacy, photo center, optometrist, and a customer service center. Like most Target outlets the fresh section is smaller than the ones you find in small neighborhood markets. I guess you cannot put everything you want in a single store but they can do more with fresh produce.

This Target needs to get there act together with order pick up. I always avoid this Target if I need a pickup order soon. Other targets have no problem fulfilling orders in a timely manner. Often times other Targets fulfill orders within 1 hour. This target however drags butt about fulfilling pickups. Even if I order 1 thing, it still takes several hours to get ready.

Worst Target! They have a bunch of rude employees and every time I do an order pick up, items are damaged or expired or completely missing. I have seen The employees here argue with customers on multiple occasions and act like they were about to start a backyard brawl. Then there’s the other factor of having to worry about your safety in the parking lot and hope you can get your purchase done before someone breaks into your car. The reason we try to do order pickup when going to this location but then we have the issues mentioned above with expired, missing or damaged items.

Jaslie at the customer service return was really rude and unprofessional. Had a bad experience trying to return some stuff I bought with my credit card. Won't be going to this Target location ever again.

Hate to leave this review but it's necessary. Placed a drive up order last night around 6pm. Wasn't expecting it to be ready ASAP or even last night. But it's not even ready today. Called the store and tried the Guest Svc option 3 times and let it ring til it disconnected, no answer. I would have come in and grabbed my items self check if they're really that short staffed but if they're not someone needs to do a better job running the show.... Shoulda just ordered Amazon same day. Wouldn't have got a $5 promotional giftcard but at least my stuff would have been here. I placed an order with them around 4ish it was at my door by 8. Also check your receipts Target robs people on the bag fees. I'm tired of calling the 800 customer service to refund me I'm surprised there's yet to be a class action. Won't be surprised and ready to file when it does happen.

Reminder. Don’t buy their gift card. I just purchased Apple gift, all the cards have problem and the store manager is not going to do anything.

I love Target this is my go-to, its clean and welcoming. Also, I have found amazing deals on crafting products and other items. Hehehe so good that I always leave with more stuff than what I intended to buy. The customer service is always fantastic. I love the Target app!
