Very informative, professional. Very happy. Had a problem with 1st windshield, I was called before they left the shop, 1st windshield not installed. 2nd windshield no problems all work completed as stated. Very very pleased. A job well done. My truck was home in twin falls, I was in Florida when they installed the windshield. Good to know a company you can trust.

Very great place, the owner personally repaired 7 cracks on my windshield within minutes. Price was cheapest I found in town. Made me feel like a friend not just a number.

Wonderful Customer Service and Prices! I have used their service on two separate occasions, one when a rock hit my windshield and cracked it to the point of complete replacement, and another when we bought our first home, and only one window was not replaced and needed to be upgraded. Each time they were professional and courteous, the window installer was very nice and made a comment that he would "make sure that he would install it just they way he would if it was his own house." :) and he lived up to it, my window looks beautiful, it's caulked wonderfully, and he left everything very clean! Poor customer service. Amber was not willing to help me set up a glass claim through insurance and said that was my job. Called Safelite who quickly took care of the claim. My insurance agent advised it would be that easy and preferred Safelite over Fastglass. A company should be willing to help customers not just take their money.
