The whole online process for getting a quote, scheduling an appointment, and paying was incredibly easy. When I dropped off my vehicle, the technician was clear in explaining what was going to happen and how long it would take. Everything went smoothly and there were no surprises throughout the entire process. I'm very happy with the service that I got here.

Very quick service. Was supposed to take about an hour but they had two guys available that tackled it in 30 minutes. Also vacuumed the front of the car and cleaned the rest of the windows. Had it done about a month ago and it's had no leaks or issues.

I had a nice experience getting my windshield repaired at this location. The employees were very personable & professional. After my windshield was replaced, they went over the warranty & all pertinent information I needed to know about the replacement. They also left their names and contact number just in case I ended up having any issues.

I was referred to Safelite by my insurance company and I'm glad I went to them to have my windshield replaced. They were professional, friendly, helpful and informative. They were a little behind schedule, but they let me know that ahead of time, and completed the work in a timely manner. I'd go back to them in a heart beat and will recommend them to my friends and family!

I recently had my windshield replaced at Safelite in Boise, Idaho and left extremely impressed. The employees are extremely friendly, efficient and clear about the process. I waited in the lobby for about 1.5 hours, which is the amount of time they initially told me it would take. I chatted with both the employees while waiting and they were great! I highly recommend going here for any autoglassware needs!
